How does the free trial work?
Independent Operators get 30 days free. Small Businesses get 60 days. Enterprise gets 6 months at 50% off. No credit card required to start — just sign up and go.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to add a payment method. If you don't, your account moves to read-only mode — you can still view your data, but you can't create new jobs or invoices. Add a payment method anytime to reactivate.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What are backroom analytics?
Available on Small Business and Enterprise plans. Backroom analytics give you per-worker Bridge Strength breakdowns, team performance dashboards, individual scorecards, and trend reporting — everything you need to manage your team's performance.
Are per-worker fees billed monthly or annually?
Per-worker fees are always billed monthly, even if you're on an annual plan. This gives you flexibility as your team size changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
